1. Who controls the data
Francesco Brincat trading as FormCrux is the controller for personal data handled through business enquiries, website analytics and client communications. No registered business address is published on this website. Privacy requests can be sent to info@formcrux.com.
2. Information you may provide
You may provide your name, business name, email address, telephone number, company size, project budget, desired timeline and information about a website or IT requirement. You may also provide information through WhatsApp, telephone, email, Instagram or Facebook.
3. How the enquiry form works
The qualification form does not submit to or store information in a FormCrux website database. It prepares an email draft on your device. The information leaves the website only when you review and send that email using your chosen email service. Messages sent to FormCrux are received in the info@formcrux.com Zoho Mail account.
4. Analytics information
Google Analytics is disabled until you actively choose “Allow analytics.” If allowed, Google Analytics may process page views, interactions, approximate location, browser and device information, session information and a pseudonymous client identifier. FormCrux does not intentionally send names, email addresses, telephone numbers or form text to Analytics.
5. Why information is used
- To respond to an enquiry and take requested steps before a possible contract.
- To prepare a quote and communicate about requested services.
- To deliver and support agreed work under a separate written proposal or agreement.
- To protect systems, maintain business records and meet legal obligations.
- To understand website usage when analytics consent has been given.
6. Legal bases
Depending on the context, processing is based on your request for pre-contractual steps, performance of an agreement, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating and securing the business, or consent. Analytics relies on consent, which can be withdrawn through “Cookie settings” in the footer.
7. Service providers and transfers
FormCrux uses suppliers where necessary to operate communications and the website, including Zoho Mail, the FormCrux hosting platform and—only after consent—Google Analytics. Those providers process data under their own terms and may use infrastructure outside Malta or the European Economic Area with applicable transfer safeguards.
8. Retention
Enquiry and client communications are kept only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage the relationship, establish or defend legal claims, and comply with accounting or other legal duties. Retention depends on the nature of the enquiry and whether it becomes a client engagement. Analytics retention is governed by the configured Google Analytics property and associated provider controls.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Send requests to info@formcrux.com. You may also complain to Malta’s Information and Data Protection Commissioner.
10. Security and updates
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect business communications and website systems. No internet service can promise absolute security. This notice may be updated when services, providers or legal requirements change; the effective date above identifies the current version.
