1. Essential preference storage
The website stores your cookie choice in browser local storage under formcrux-consent. This preference is necessary to remember whether you selected essential-only use or allowed analytics. It is not used to follow you across websites.
2. Optional Google Analytics
If you choose “Allow analytics,” the website loads Google Analytics 4 using measurement ID G-HLCQ50MYFE. Google Analytics may set first-party cookies including _ga and _ga_* to distinguish users and maintain session state. Google lists a default duration of up to two years, although browser controls may shorten it.
3. What Analytics measures
The configured stream may measure page views, service and pricing views, case-study views, contact-method clicks, scrolling, outbound clicks, site search, video engagement and file downloads. Preparing an enquiry email may be recorded with non-identifying selection categories, but names, contact details, website URLs and written form answers are not intentionally sent to Analytics. FormCrux uses this information to understand useful traffic and conversion actions, not to build advertising profiles. Google signals and advertising-personalisation signals are disabled in the site implementation.
4. Consent and withdrawal
Analytics does not load on your first visit. “Allow analytics” and “Essential only” are presented as direct choices. You can reopen the choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawing analytics consent removes FormCrux Google Analytics cookies that are accessible to this website and reloads the page without the Analytics script.
5. Google Maps and external websites
The Contact page contains a lazy-loaded Google Maps embed. Google may use cookies or similar storage when the map loads and receives the requested map location, IP address and browser or device information under its own terms. A separate directions link is available if you prefer to open Google Maps directly. Links to Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, FootieKits MT and other external websites may also use their own cookies after you leave formcrux.com. FormCrux does not control those websites.
6. Browser controls and questions
You may also block or remove storage through your browser settings. Blocking optional cookies does not prevent use of the FormCrux website. Questions can be sent to info@formcrux.com.
